Probably the best RV park in Midland, and absolutely the best manager! The manager lives on-site and patrols the park constantly, staying on top of all issues that might arise, keeping the park safe and quiet, and he is just a phone call away. The park is clean, the roads are good and well maintained, there is individual internet at each spot as well as cable, an on-site laundromat, dumpsters, and a safe place to walk yourself or your dog. We’ve stayed at many parks in the area, but this one surpasses them all in safety, peace and quiet, and amenities. Spaces are large, there is plenty of parking, and some spots even have shade trees. Offers both 30amp and 50amp spots, can accommodate any size or style of RV, and the manager will help you back into your spot. The only drawback for some is that it is not ‘kid friendly’ due to liability issues, but that is not a problem for most of us here.
There is no other RV park in the Midland-Odessa area that I would care to be at.

I have been here for 3 years and have had nothing but good experiences with the owners and staff.
When you tell them something needs fixing, they get right on it. The neighbors watch out for each other.

Great place to stay. Safe, friendly, clean laundry mat, Wi-Fi works awesome, wish they had more than one shower; also, the cable is great; over 200 channels, including premium channels, will stay as long as I work in this area.

Wonderful RV Park. We are long-term renters and love it here. The laundromat is so clean and well kept. The machines are free. We love the internet. We can stream anything with no issues. It’s so nice to receive a modem in your RV instead of shared Wi-Fi. It’s very safe, and we have never had any issues. We recommend it to everyone that comes to Midland.

I am currently staying here.  Amazing internet, it’s not shared. This is the best set of amenities I have ever had in any RV Park.
Free laundromat. Lots of trees.
